I have fine , straight, long but frizzy hair. Some damage at the ends from previous dying. My hair feels and looks much more healthy since using this alongside other products. Still some frizz but looks shiny and has movement. Even had comments that my hair looks healthy. Lathers up nicely. Feels a bit syrupy from the castor oil. Leaves a brown greasy residue in the shower,eurgh! I shampoo with this first,then use the weightless shampoo by Shea moisture as my second shampoo. This makes sure I get all the oil out of my hair. Great shampoo and none of the nasties in it. Can get it on a good offer sometimes. Show less
