So i’ve struggled with acne pretty much all my life. When i went into Topshop in London, a staff member recommended me this product. It was also on sale, so i jumped right in. There are a lot of reviews on this product that sounded really promising and I was super excited to see if it would work or not. The first thing I noticed was that there aren’t any instructions on the item on how to use it. I know The Ordinary as a brand keep costs low through using simple bottles and packages but I felt instructions were needed. The solution feels quite smooth on the face. A little sticky but doesn’t bother too much. I’ve used salicylic acid for my acne before. In the past it did NOTHING for my acne. Unfortunately this product did nothing for my acne as well. I would rather opt in for a different type of acid for acne or possibly explore a stronger solution. However, it didn’t cause a bad reaction either. Show less
