I've been a subscriber since November 2019 so had enough time to try it myself and review. First thing packaging. One of my favourite packagings among subscription boxes. Originally it's a pink box, but sometimes during the year they're themed like christmas or valentines. Also I like to reuse them at home to store makeup and other little things. Secondly: what's in the box? You get 5 products a month. It's a mixture of full size and deluxe size products. Some months you can get all full size products. It ranges from makeup to skin care. Third: value. I think it's a great value for the box if I'm not wrong is £10+p&p which is amazing because you get products for over £50 worth. Fourth: the products itself. Since it's a mystery box you dont know what you could get and sometimes its something you're not into, so if that's not your thing I wouldn't recommend subscribe. The purpose of it is to try different things every month which I'm okay with. Even if it's something I wouldn't gravitate to buy in store at least I tried it. Fifth: perks. With each month after receiving your box you get to do surveys and get points which you can spend at lookfantastic. And the last one: customer service. Personally I've had no issue with customer service, contacted maybe once or twice and issue was resolved quickly. I do see on instagram that people have issues which I think Glossybox could address these issues better, for example if they're running late with deliveries they should make a post about it on their social media because not letting people know about this makes customers frustrated. Overall I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because of their issue handling with customers, but still like the box and idea of trying new stuff every month.
