I started using bio oil after I had an operation on my back this year. I apply this twice a day- morning and night. I only need to apply a small amount onto two of my fingers then I massage this in a circular motion. The product glides nicely over my skin leaving it feeling nice and moisturised. The scar has faded slightly, I will continue to use this until the bottle finishes. I am happy with the results so far. Show less
