I absolutely adore these hair straightener's, I have had mine for a couple years now and they still work like brand new! I honestly have experienced no problems with mine, still heat up quickly, still straighten my hair perfectly without pulling and heat loss. When I do need to get new ones I think I will definitely buy these again because they're brilliant. No faults what so ever. Show less
