I love Clinique products in general, but this one I'm using almost every night to remove my makeup. It removes waterproof mascara and eyeliner like a dream. It's such an easy and effective makeup remover to use...I scoop out a small amount of the solid balm and dab it on my face and gently massage it in. In just a few seconds the makeup is all dissolved. Once I've done that, I then rinse it off, no other cleanser required. Even if I use a toner afterwards, the cotton pad almost always comes off clean. The balm has a texture like coconut oil - when it's solid and it quickly dissolves at skin temperature. I've got 2 years since I first started to use it. I'm really impressed with it as it's really gentle on my face, doesn't dry my skin and doesn't break me out. Really recommend it. Show less
