✨First of all, it is SUPER pigmented and definitely matte! I love the way it is a true matte lip, with absolutely zero dryness. However, I hate the way it bleeds, which gives a really uneven lip shape, even with Lip Liner. It is definitely not smudge or budge proof and at one point it was all over my chin and cheek! (Granted I am a face toucher, but none of my other lippies do this). The price tag of £23 is totally not worth it when Revolution Pro does brilliant dupe for £4! Show less
