So I have tried using this for a week as I have recently had a hormonal breakout. This is amazing. Really impressed with it. When I first put this on, it did smell a bit clinical. However, soon after the smell was gone and my skin was quite happy with it on. After a week I can see a huge reduction in my blemishes. This can be applied to individual spots or to large area if needed. Show less
