This was the standard go-to liquid eyeliner for me as a teen, and I have recently bought it again (the waterproof one, anyway). With a little practice, it is so easy to apply - it dries quickly so after a few seconds it isn't likely to smudge, and it stays put throughout the day. You do need to keep re-inking it multiple times on one eye though - or at least I do! The reason why I have given it a star less than it perhaps otherwise deserves is the same reason why I will not buy it again; as they are not a cruelty free brand, I will be looking for something else that does not test on animals abroad.
