If I could give this a big fat 0 I would. It actually made my lips feel dry after applying, even after re applying. It is absorbed into your lips on application and leaves no trace of a lip balm. I think this is more of a lip moisturiser and you still need to apply a lip balm on top. I think the smoothes & hydrates for 24hrs is a little misleading, and it was not cheap at £9 Show less
