I have simma brown now. It is a matte dark red toned brown. Pigmentation is great. The pencil is very long. At first use it is a bit hard, but after second use it becomes softer. It allows for easy smudging, but doesn't smudge once applied and set. It fades on the waterline pretty quickly. If you are looking for a basic kohl pencil to line your eyes, this will do the job just fine. If you are looking for something to line the waterline or something waterproof, keep looking. Show less
