For me, this was a bit too dark to use as a highlighter but it did work pretty well over powder without disturbing my foundation underneath. I prefer to use it underneath my foundation to add radiance. It gives a beautiful glow without being a grease ball, but I find that it does reduce the wear time of my foundation by a few hours. It is definitely good value for money since there is so much product! I'd recommend this for people with light to medium skin tones since it was too dark for me (for reference, I'm C1 in revolutions conceal and define) Show less
