This is excellent for those who have oily eyelids and don't have any primer to hand as it does not budge. It was my go to eye liner for years and remains in my makeup as a back up when I'm rushed as all others crease without an eye shadow primer. It's not so good for creating flicks so probably best to use a pencil first and then go over with this.
