This eyeliner has been my go-to for the last few years. The colour is completely jet black in one swipe, and dries down in half a minute. I personally have had better experience with this eyeliner than ones that are styled as pens, and believe that it's great value for the price. My only issue would be that the inside of the product does have a little drying on the outer rim, but that's very easily fixable and isn't much of an issue. Show less
