My family have used this shampoo for YEARS. They swear by it. I am basically writing this review on their behalf. My mum and sister both have fine, silky, straight hair and they tell me that this just works really well for them. My sister also has a sensitive scalp and she says that this doesn't irritate it or make it itchy. Personally I don't use this shampoo as my hair is the complete opposite of my families, but I can appreciate that this really works for them. Show less
