I bought this to go with the Builder Gel to help improve the health of my nails and in the hopes that they will grow better. On the website they warn of a tightness or tingling which I did not feel. As would you remove gels with acetone you firstly buff the gel so that you remove the shininess of the gel. Then apply a generous amount of the gel to each nail and wait six minutes for the gel to bubble. Once this has happened, I was able to gently remove the polish using a cuticle pusher to help lift it off. It came off cleanly without much effort. Once I had removed everything, I washed my hands and there was no residue of polish left behind. This means I can go onto reapply the Builder Gel again. This is definitely on my repurchase list along with the Builder Gel. Show less
