I received this product in a beauty advent calendar. I get a dry scalp that can get itchy and this product sounded like it could be an answer for my dry scalp. Packaging is pretty basic really & price wise for a shampoo it’s expensive. Scent wise it smelt fresh. I applied it to damp hair and concentrating on my scalp I massaged it into a lather then rinsed it out. I don’t really get dandruff which is also what this shampoo helps so can’t comment on whether it gets rid of it, I just suffer with dry, itchy scalp. It did feel gentle on my scalp but didn’t particularly improve my dry scalp and it still was itchy a bit. It did leave my hair soft and shiny and more manageable however it wasn’t anything special and did what most shampoos I’ve tried did. I do appreciate that it should be used daily until your scalp is clear but I only wash my hair a couple of times a week so maybe if I had used it every day I may of noticed an improvement. I wouldn’t recommend this product neither would I repurchase it I’m afraid. Show less
