Before the first lockdown in the UK was the last time, I had my eyebrows wax and tinted. So, I have noticed that there are patches, and this is why I am using the serum. It says to use at night, but I forget so I use it in the morning before I apply my eye cream. I have noticed an improvement. I must try and keep up with applying it.
