The scent is really nice smells topically with mixed fruity and floral notes when you first spray the smell can really get to you so I would close my nose and mouth and spray it and the smell lasts all day so there's no need for a perfume. It does not leave any white residue at all, however, I did not feel that it refreshed my hair how much I would like it to for that I would probably need to spray on loads more and maybe everyday too but then it would just create a strong smell. I would recommend this range though it does not leave residue. Show less
