This claimed to be remove makeup only with water yes definitely it does. But i do heavy on makeup looks and it does amazing job removes 90 percent of makeup. I double checked with cleanser because after cleaning out the heavy makeup only with water face looks really nice and clean but after trying out with cleanser some leftover comes out too. So make sure to completely clean you face makeup free. Its really good and so convenient for body too.
