I’ve spent a really long time trying out this product as every time I wear this lipstick I find myself having to remove it long before the day is over. For starters I find it a little tricky to apply, particularly in the brighter shades it leaves a really thick line when I’m trying to outline my lower lip that if I leave alone looks really strange when it dries, I have found gently dabbing in with my fingers once applied does help but then leaves it on my fingers which isn’t so easy to remove! The texture on my lips is horrible and for a good half hour after application every time I open my mouth I can feel my lips actually peeling apart as the product is so sticky and never quite feels like it’s set down even though if I touch my lips with my finger nothing actually comes off. The texture on my lips remains horrible to the point where in less than an hour I find myself reaching for a lip balm to put on top as I can’t bear it any longer, this however seems to cause the product to break down and become patchy, I also tried applying balm before the lipstick but this seems to make it stickier than ever. On the rare occasion I have managed to wear as intended I found after a couple of hours all the dry skin on my lips had gone all flakey and weird leaving my lipstick a disgusting mess, the next problem comes when trying to remove the product left on my lips I have to scrub so hard with micellar water my lips are left painfully sore and dry for ages after! Definitely can’t recommend this liquid lipstick, only regret I purchased 4 different shades to try that I know I won’t be reaching for again! Show less
