I really like this cleansing water. I use this at night to remove my makeup, and I use the regular one with the pink cap in the morning. To use I soak a cotton pad with the solution and gently press it over my eyes for twenty seconds and then gently wipe away my eye makeup. I wear eye brow pencil, eye shadow, eyeliner, and mascara, and this removes everything gently and easily. Then I flip the pad over and with gentle circular motions remove the rest of my makeup. I don't wear waterproof makeup so I can't really comment on this products ability to remove waterproof cosmetics. When I'm done I rinse my face with lukewarm water and finish up with a light moisturizer. This leaves my normal but sensitive skin fresh, clean and hydrated. It never leaves an oily film, and it's inexpensive and a readily available. I highly recommend this product and will definitely repurchase. Show less
