Working in healthcare, I am constantly washing my hands throughout the day and often have sore, chapped skin and dry cuticle beds. I got this in my birchbox and having tried it, I had to review it! Must admit that I'm not to keen on the fragrance but the cream itself is amazing. £21 for a hand cream seems a lot but it is a good size and will last a while as not a lot is needed each application. The cream is rich and soothing and left my hands feeling soft and nourished without being greasy. It felt silky and nice to apply and sunk into my skin nicely. Well worth buying again Show less
