The foam is coloured which helps you to know where you have put it but my husband still laughed at me as I had applied it so badly with lots of streaks etc! However once the tan was washed off it was streak free and natural looking.I applied it with a mitt and wandered about the house in a old dressing gown. Even after 45mins my skin was still a bit tacky feeling and anything I touched was left stained so old clothes are a must and don't go near sofas! Overall I liked the effect of the tan, it didn't smell bad and looked nice but I did need to be careful what I touched while it was on. Show less
