I used this on my hair and loved the result, it isn't harsh and leaves the hair feeling soft and smelling lovely. It's affordable and makes the hair shiny and gives the hair volume which most folk don't like but I do as my hair falls out a bit and my hair has gone thinner due to dying in the past. All in all a good wee shampoo in my opinion
