Aah I’m slowly making my way through the I Heart Revolution glitter palettes and this is yet another disappointer! First of all there’s only one (yes 1!) matt shade in this palette - it’s the bone colour so you almost certainly have to use this palette in conjunction with another one which is what I had to do to create the look as pictured above. Also Too much blue glitter and not enough variety. The blue glitter eyeshadows are good if that’s what you want it for

I was so disappointed in this palette, it comes beautifully packaged complete with a mirror on the inside. But the shades don’t transfer as their true colour tone and aren’t blendable. Possibly the worst ever eyeshadow in today’s world of makeup

The only reason it lost a star was because I personally would’ve preferred if this came with a doe-foot applicator, it just makes it easier to apply. I love the tingle feeling it leaves on your lips and the shades are great for adding over a lipstick or to use on its own. It’s not overly sticky and it wears well

This foundation is my ultimate ride or die! For years I’ve been looking for a replacement for my MAC studio fix foundation as it just became too expensive! I wear a full face of makeup everyday (pre-pandemonium) so it gets quite expensive. I first found love in the L’Oréal Infallible but then they changed up their formula 2 years ago which made it go downhill. Then I found the Maybelline Dream Urban Cover and I’ve not looked back since! Not only do they cater for my yellow/olive undertone skin BUT it’s also full coverage and SPF 50. You can’t really ask for much more than that... did I mentionmore... it’s under £10?
