This is a great chemical exfoliator for those new to it, it is gentle and not very overwhelming. You don't need to scrub very hard or for very long, light application and gentle scrubbing works best so that you don't end up with red, irritated skin. I prefer keeping it on my face like a mask for 5 minutes after scrubbing it and letting it dry a bit. I use it twice a week and can see my acne scars fading after 3 weeks as well as the texture of my skin has greatly improved, it's smoothened and evened out my skin tone. Really couldn't recommend it enough. I will definitely repurchase this. Show less
