I won GlamGeeks Review Of The Month competition last week. So I'm reviewing the beauty review site GlamGeek lol 😂 Within 24 hours of being tagged on here as the winner, I receive an email from @GlamGeekClaire informing me my prize was on the way. Just days later a pretty shiny pink package is in my hands. The brand new Huda Beauty Mercury Retrograde Palette 🎨 Now here is where it all went tits up. Upon opening my palette, chunks of pigment and glittery metallic chunks fell out onto me and my carpet 😂🙈 (*Just wanted to add, it wasn't GlamGeeks fault, they'd wrapped it well in bubble wrap) But sadly it had some casualties. So I decided to mail GlamGeek customer service. To thank them for sending me my prize. And let them know itarrived smashed. I sent photographs of it. Hours later I received a response from GlamGeek Claire. Who apologised I received it in that state (even though it wasn't GlamGeeks fault) ⬇️***Status continued on the screen shot photo below*** ⬇️
