I use this as an equivalent to Zovirax! When I feel a cold sore coming on ( I’m prone to them due to stress) I put this on straight away. It’s a thin medicated cream which tingles when applied really helps severe dry chapped lips get healthy again. Only complaint I have is as soon as you open the lid it squirts out and I feel a lot gets wasted and gets stuck in the lid. Show less
