I’ve received this product a few times in beauty subscription boxes & love it. It’s a fabric type eye mask which has elastics on it to put behind your ears. After opening the packet & applying it it starts gently heating up. It does heat up to a warm temperature but not hot enough to burn you but still be cautious. It’s jasmine scented which is lovely and definitely not overpowering at all. It’s so relaxing and perfect for a pamper session and/or at bedtime. It’s also really good for headaches/migraines. It really relaxes you and your eyes so ideal if you do have a headache or migraine. I use these both at bedtime and when I have a migraine. I have Insomnia & when using this product it does help me drift off to sleep much easier & when I use them if I have a migraine it takes the strain off my eyes which in turn helps my pain. They are reasonably priced, around £15 for a box of 5. I would definitely recommend it and I’ve repurchased it a few times and will continue to repurchase it! Show less
