I own 8 of these matte cake liners, two of which are the fun neon colours. They are water-activated and they are completely smudge-proof and transfer-proof. You need to make sure that you do not oversaturate them because they will bleed. The pigmentation is fantastic and they are very opaque which makes them perfect for using on the lash line as well as for face and body art. I love creating Halloween looks with these liners because they last on my face for hours! My favourite shade has to be ‘Keanu Leaves’ purely for its name. I think that they are reasonably priced at £12.50 each because a pot will outlast liner pens and pencils. Show less
