This is a clear (not glittery but glossy looking) lip topper. It comes in a normal plastic gloss tube with a normal sized wand. It has a gold sparkly screw top lid. It feels very sticky at first but I love sticky lol and it leaves the most gorgeous looking gloss topper! It’s only £4 too I use jouer lip toppers and they are expensive and this is exactly the same
