I heard some incredible reviews about this product and was looking for a new hairbrush so I figured I’d give this one a try, never again! The brush is hard, the bristles are not flexible at all and it really, really pulls at your hair when wet or dry no matter how gentle you are!...

The brush is hard, the bristles are not flexible at all and it really, really pulls at your hair when wet or dry no matter how gentle you are! Wouldn’t recommend this and I won’t be using mine again.
