I had quite badly damaged and dry hair from having to have knots detangled at the hairdressers, and this did a good job at improving its appearance and texture until it had grown enough to be healthier again. I have quite thick slightly wavy hair that can be puffy and this made it nice and smooth and silky to the touch with a shine. It is expensive at full price but more reasonable when on special offer.
