It's a very average toner. It doesn't do much with regards to helping problem skin, but it does remove traces of cleanser as the matching Lancôme cleanser is a rinse free formula. It smells pleasant and is easy to use. I'm undecided whether or not to purchase this product again as I didn't really get a 'wow' factor from it.
