I’m not a fan of cleansing balms simply for the fact that they’re so greasy and this one is no different. You apply it onto dry skin, it applies and melts in really well and it also does an alright job of melting up all the makeup on your skin (no good at removing mascara though) . I found that this didn’t actually do a good job of removing my mascara there was a lot left and that doesn’t normally happen with other liquid cleaners that I use. It already feels super thick, greasy and I could almost feel my pores getting clogged 😭 You apply water to activate it and from then it just gets even worse. I don’t like the texture at all, and you definitely have to go in with another cleanser after using this to get rid of all the thick greasy residue left on your face. I decided to give it another try to give it a fair chance but I was left just as disappointed as the first time. This will get binned and I will not be trying or purchasing it again 👎🏼 Show less
