I purchased 2 of these as they were so hard to get my hands on, as reading lots of reviews this looked as though it was the perfect product for me. My skin type is oily, sensitive, acne prone with blemishes and redness. I like the consistency, the feel on my skin, and how smooth my skin looked. It didn’t irritate the sensitivity of my skin - most products usually do so o was happy that this didn’t. After a couple of weeks, I noticed that my skin was breaking out A LOT around my cheeks and the sides of my head. I had been using a new cleanser and this was new at the same time. I assumed it was the cleanser so stopped using that and carried on with this. For some reason my skin was still breaking out a lot and the blemishes didn’t seem to clear. After stopping this, my skin started to clear up (not perfectly but looked much better after 1-2 weeks). As the reviews kept saying that everyone loved it and no one had issues, I decided to try it again but with a different moisturiser to see if that was the issue. After a week, the same breakouts happened so stopped using it. Then a few weeks ago, my serum got to the empty so decided to try it again. I’ve tried this 3 times now during periods of 3-4 weeks and I keep getting the same issue with breaking out. No matter what products I pair it with, I see to be getting the same lot of breakouts, so I’ve realised it’s just not the product for me. Everyone seems to love it, but I just haven’t managed to get this to work, so I’ve purchased a new serum to help with my acne from facetheory after a lot of recommendations! I wouldn’t repurchase!
