Holy f**k this product is insane. I have ridiculously thick hair. It’s always tangly and frizzy after washing and it loses that softness pretty quickly, leaving my ends dry. Enter this baby... it says to add 20 mls to mid lengths and ends. And add more if you have thicker or exceptionally long hair. I have mid length hair and 20 ml was way more than I needed, I’d definitely use less in future. You then massage it in for 8 seconds before rinsing. You can follow up with conditioner if you wish. I didn’t, and I didn’t need it either which surprised me as I’m always desperate for it after shampooing. After use - My hairbrush glides through my hair after washing with no tangles whatsoever - Once blowdried and even 2 days later my brush is still sliding through my hair with the most minimal effort - My frizz has been greatly reduced and my hair has a weightless feel to it like I’ve just stepped out of the salon - It looks shiny and feels so healthy and soft, glossy! I am honestly in awe of this product. So glad I found it and will be buying again and again and again. Show less
