I use this when I’m decide to go bare face for my day out..natural look. It nourishes my skin and keeps my skin hydrated for the day. It gives me my natural glow. Of course you can use this whenever you like. I love the smell. The only thing I would change about it is the packaging. The spray bottle sprits weirdly and not like other spray toners. It sprays it into separate spritz if that makes sense and only goes to some areas of your skin, not the whole face. Show less
