I bought this from the flagship store in London. I have weird issues with sensitivity, so deliberately opted for the most gentle products they had. They said this was the most gentle exfoliant they have. I've been using it 2-3 times a week for the last six weeks. At first I wasn't sure if it was doing much, although it tingles (not stings or burns) sometimes. But my skin is softer and I've had significantly less spots than I normally would have (and tiny non inflamed bumps rather than red infected and angry). I'll probably move up to the stronger lactic acid when this bottle is done (you don't need much) but this is a great starting point if you're worried about reactive skin. Show less
