It is only at that precise moment that each flower can be harvested, by hand, according to a meticulous ancestral savoir-faire. The pistils of Saffron are then delicately extracted from the heart of the flower and carefully dried, before being stored in airtight and lightproof glass jars, ready to be used as an exceptional ingredient in the Or Rouge range.
