I received a sample of this day cream from rituals not too long ago and decided to give it a go, unfortunately I was not impressed. A little bit really does go a long way so you have to be careful not to apply too much, when applying it felt really thick, almost a little tacky like a primer but it felt like it just wasn’t absorbing into my skin. It was just sat on my skin for a long while, I would say it took around 30mins for it to start absorbing in and making my face feel a little less greasy. It did make my skin look a little radiant, but other than that it didn’t really do much else. It didn’t feel hydrating. It also made me break out and left me with skin that felt so dry the next day. I do like rituals shower/body products but I think the skincare will be a miss for me. I wouldn’t purchase this cream or recommend it as my experience trying it out wasn’t good

I am in my mid 20's with combination, tanned tone skin and brown eyes. My hair is dark brown, combination with normal texture.
