I have sensitive skin so I am very cautious trying products. I tried Shiseido for the first time a few months back. I did read it has retinol which can cause redness in the skin and that’s the intent to help rejuvenate skin. After the first application I did have breakouts so thought I’d try again after the skin returns normal but after the second application, it got worse so this didn’t work for me. Smells lovely though and glides seem less on the skin.

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with sensitive, fair tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is blonde, processed with normal texture.
My skin smelt amazing and much firmer after the 1st use fine lines were less noticeable. I loved the sample pot and will deffo buy this product in full size. Highly recommended.

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with combination, fair tone skin and green eyes. My hair is dark brown, oily with fine texture.
I received a sample of this to try . I used it in conjunction with the eye concentrate . I found my skin felt firmer and was nice and smooth after using . The following morning I looked in the mirror and , there was definitely a positive effect on my fine lines and wrinkles . There didn't appear to be quite so many . The harsher lines seemed softer. In my mind I really don't think you could go wrong purchasing this . I'll definitely be buying some .
