I used this from I was 8 weeks pregnant right through but to be honest it didn't stop me getting stretch marks. The smell is very nice and it makes your skin lovely and soft. It is very easy to apply and it just glides over your skin. But I have heard it helps get rid of stretch marks so I might buy it to see I it gets rid of then abit.

As it is described Bio oil is great for getting rid of scars, I actually started using it during my skincare routine ,it’s has nice light scent ,makes my skin feel soft and moisturised i would recommend it

This product can be used on stretch marks, scars and even on the face. Personally, I dab a few drops on my face a few times a week before bed to help my skin feel softer and more moisturised, and to help reduce the visibility of my spot scars and the red patches on my skin. So far, the difference has been minimal but still somewhat noticeable in the softness department, despite not using it as often as suggested. Initially, I used it twice a day as the bottle says to, and I got very oily and started to breakout so I wouldn’t recommend doing this. Also, a little goes a long way - don’t put loads on and rub it, instead dab on two to three drops. You don’t need loads. This is what makes it value for money - I was initially startled by how little you get for the price, but actually, you get a decent amount of use from the bottle. It has definitely left my skin softer and the redness has reduced ever so slightly but it hasn’t helped much with my spot scars. I have also tried it on body scars but I haven’t used it enough to make any difference. One of the best things about it is that the oil isn’t greasy - it doesn’t leave stains on your pillow if you roll onto your side whilst sleeping with it on your face. It absorbs fairly quickly, as promised. The scent of it is... interesting. You get used to it but I’d prefer it to be unscented. Scented products aren’t remotely suitable for putting on broken skin (the bottle warns of this) so be careful not to get too ahead of yourself if you want to put it onto fresh acne scars. I got this product off of a friend who said it helped with fading some scars and stretch marks she had, I used it for a good few months before giving up, my stretch marks were still visible and look a bit more noticeable so I gave up using it.

Full of natural plant oils, Bio-Oil is brilliant at simply nourishing the skin and thankfully is pretty light, so it doesn't leave behind any sticky residue. I also like to rub a little extra into my cuticles and any particularly dry areas of skin, like my elbows. If you've got any patches of hyperpigmentation on your body or face, you'll find the vitamin A in Bio-Oil works wonders to level out the skin tone to make the area look far more even.3 You should never spend prolonged time in the sun, but if it happens (we're all human), apply Bio-Oil after the exposure to help the skin rebuild itself and to avoid hyperpigmentation

I started using bio oil after I had an operation on my back this year. I apply this twice a day- morning and night. I only need to apply a small amount onto two of my fingers then I massage this in a circular motion. The product glides nicely over my skin leaving it feeling nice and moisturised. The scar has faded slightly, I will continue to use this until the bottle finishes. I am happy with the results so far.

i got this after it being recommended to me to get rid of scars and stretch marks, i would definitely recommend, it smells really nice and is easy to apply and it does the job- but need to bare in mind it takes time and scars don’t disappear suddenly. it’s very moisturising so would be good for dry skin.

I love this oil. I use it on my stretch marks from pregnancy (I was quite lazy while pregnant so got loads) and also on my face to help with red spot scars. I have got combination skin and find that this does not leave me oily - it makes my skin feels very nourished. I have noticed a slight fading to my stretch marks but the real magic is on my spot scars - they are almost non existent which I out down to using this every night and dermarolling with it twice a week. I now cant live without it!

So i started using this product while i was undergoing some intense acne treatment in which my skin was extremely dry. I would use a few drops on my face at night and let it work and throughout the whole process it made my life that little bit better, it also helped fade some of the scarring. However it would sometimes make my eyes slightly watery, don’t know if i was usung it to close to them. But overall a good product to use for scars dry skin etc.

This is a multi purpose product. I’ve used it on scarring, acne scars and on a healing blister. I have acne scars all over my face and chest. I apply bio oil on some nights and in the morning my dark acne spots look noticeably less visible. I would recommend to anyone who suffered with acne in their teens but now has to deal with the scars.
