This is a runny gel. It left my skin feeling sticky even though I had followed the instructions of applying it to a wet face. I could only use this product twice as my skin didn’t like it I had a reaction to it. I have patches of skin that felt in fire – itchy burning that lasted almost all day. My skin felt tight and sore as well. I won’t be re-purchasing this product. Show less
