I do love this mask. It’s thick and luxurious when applied to your hair. I use it 4 times a week when washing my hair as I find my split ends are bad with not being able to get my hair cut. This definitely makes a huge difference and my hair feels much smoother and healthier. I brush it through and leave it on for 3 mins as I don’t get much more time but even this small amount makes a difference. I imagine if you kept it on longer results would be even better!
