You can't go wrong with patchology eye gels. They feel lovely and cool on the face. They stick well to the undereye area and do a great job of reducing puffiness. I'm not sure I can really tell the difference between these and the green ones though (I don't suffer with darkness in this area - so it's difficult to comment on their brightening powers), but I did like them.
