I really didn't like this despite having high expectations for it. It's so incredibly unctuous- really hard to even squeeze out of the tube. I found it far too heavy and greasy for my lips and really couldn't stand the feel of it on my lips. So I tried to use it for other things too - I had a burn on my arm so when it was healing I tried to apply some of this balm. It was difficult to rub in and just sat on top of the skin, whereas other balms seem to rub in and moisture more. Maybe it's great for its original intention, but I don't rate it for anything else!
