I've been using this alongside the same type of shampoo. Again it is free from sulphates and silicones etc so I'm the long run is better for your hair. It comes in a handy pump dispenser bottle and two - three pumps does my long hair nicely. Leaves my hair tangle free (a miracle!) And smooth and shiny. Best results when I blow dry straighy away. Need to re wash my hair on the second day. Which is about typical for me. Very pleased with the product and glad I tried it out. Show less
