Ok so I did this little "hack" ages ago after seeing those ones where people use a lighter on eyeliner pencils. My pomade went quite clumpy and hard and just wasn't going onto the brush smoothly so I turned it upside down and held a lighter under it (don't worry, the smell doesn't last long) and when the top layer was all melty I used a cotton bud and just wiped the clumps off and used the other side to smooth it out. I think it goes on better now than it did before 🤷🏻‍♀️
